Studied at the Munich Art Academy (painting, sculpture and teaching). Doctorate in art history. Today he researches and teaches mainly in international networks, currently at the University of Augsburg, where he co-coordinates the transcontinental project “Exploring Visual Cultures” (www.explore-vc.org). His main areas of expertise: Cultural Education and Sustainable Development; International and Transcultural Pedagogy.
